The Cassidy is a 175-unit development in the Capitol Heights neighborhood of Prince George’s County, Maryland. It is a joint venture between KCG Development (lead sponsor) and Streetscape Partners, supported through HITF, HOME-ARP, the County’s PILOT program, 4% LIHTC, and tax-exempt bond financing.

The Cassidy’s development supports the 2035 County vision of walkable, sustainable, vibrant communities and reflects KCG’s mission of building better neighborhoods. Its design emphasizes both the resident experience and a look and feel tailored to the surrounding community.

The development offers 56 one-bedroom, 79 two-bedroom, and 40 three-bedroom units across three four-story elevator buildings with a clubhouse. Serving households earning up to 60% AMI, it includes seven units for the YES program, supporting youth aging out of foster care, and three units through the HOME program. The Cassidy addresses the ongoing need for equitable, high-quality affordable housing in Prince George’s County.
