RJ Pasquesi
President
RJ Pasquesi is the President of KCG Companies, LLC, where he oversees all aspects of the business. RJ founded KCG Companies in 2015, with a mission to ‘Build better lives through better communities’. With more than 25 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation and financing of residential and commercial real estate properties and strong, longstanding industry relationships, RJ has a proven track record of delivering on high-impact real estate investments.
During his career, RJ has developed, acquired, rehabilitated and/or financed over 11,500 apartment homes totaling more than $2.1 billion in investments and over 630,000 square feet of self-storage facilities. RJ’s residential development experience includes luxury, market-rate, affordable and mixed-use multifamily housing. Most projects have been successful public-private partnerships with a substantial public finance component.

Matt Gabet
Chief Operating Officer
Matt serves as Chief Operating Officer of KCG Companies. In this role, he oversees the integration and optimization of the firm’s vertically integrated platform, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth. A CFA Charterholder with more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, capital markets, and strategic operations, Matt leads cross-departmental alignment to ensure efficiency, accountability, and mission-driven impact.
Prior to joining KCG, Matt spent 17 years with Kite Realty Group, most recently as SVP of Operational Strategy and Special Projects. He led company-wide initiatives, including the successful $7.6B merger integration with Retail Properties of America. Matt played a key role in developing and financing more than $1.2 billion in mixed-use projects and provided cross-functional leadership across Finance, Development, Acquisitions, IT, and Strategic Operations. Earlier in his career, he worked in Real Estate Capital Markets at Wachovia, focusing on loan origination, securitized lending, and structured finance.

Andrew Wilson
Chief Administrative Officer
Andy serves as Chief Administrative Officer for KCG Companies. In this role, Andy leads one of our core organizational functions with steady leadership, and deep institutional knowledge sets in design, construction, and real estate development to support our company’s foundation and long-term scalability. Previously, Andy has held roles for KCG including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of KCG Design Services, and Lead Architect.
A licensed architect since 2006, Andy began his career in New York City with experience in construction management, cost estimating, and enterprise software implementation. After 13 years in New York, he returned to the Midwest, working in Milwaukee for a real estate investment and development company specializing in LIHTC and historic tax credit projects.

Karla Burck
Chief Real Estate Officer
Karla is the Chief Real Estate Officer for KCG Companies, responsible for overseeing Development, Finance, and Asset Management. In this role, Karla oversees the entire deal lifecycle; from sourcing and entitlements to closing, lease-up, and long-term performance. Previously, Karla lead the Development team as the EVP, responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the Development Team to include acquisitions, affordable and workforce housing and market rate housing production.
Karla brings more than 20 years in the affordable housing industry and extensive experience in affordable housing finance and development. Her background includes management and leadership roles with state housing authorities, LIHTC and Tax-Exempt Bond Programs, national LIHTC syndicators, repositioning of troubled assets, and leading national affordable housing developer portfolios. Since joining KCG in 2018, Karla has focused on building the acquisitions platform and expanding the firm’s LIHTC development portfolio to ten states and counting.

Darren Fulford
Executive Vice President
KCG Design & Construction
Darren serves as Executive Vice President of KCG Design & Construction, overseeing construction strategy, field execution, and operations across KCG’s national portfolio. In this role, he leads teams from preconstruction through closeout, driving schedule, budget, and quality performance. Darren plays a key role in scaling KCG’s platform through streamlined processes, vendor coordination, and team development.
Darren brings more than a decade of leadership experience, having spent nearly 13 years at The Sterling Group in roles including Project Engineer, Procurement Manager, and Vice President of Construction. He managed procurement, scheduling, and delivery of multifamily projects while developing standards that improved project execution and team performance. In his more senior roles, Darren led large-scale developments and collaborated with internal stakeholders to align construction goals with development objectives. Darren began his career at Messer Construction Co. as a Project Engineer, supporting planning and field operations for commercial projects.

CJ Lintner
Vice President
KCG Development, Texas & Southeast
CJ serves as Vice President of Development at KCG Companies. In this role CJ is focused on new development opportunities across Texas, Iowa, and the Southeast.
Since joining the firm in 2017 he’s held various positions within the firm, participating in over $300M in affordable housing development and nearly $400M in overall multifamily investments. Prior to KCG, CJ worked for the Indiana University School of Medicine’s Center for Health Innovation & Implementation Science – taking evidence-based practices invented by IU School of Medicine Staff from white paper to mass-market.
Thanks to exposure to several different State Housing Tax Credit Programs, CJ has worked to close deals in KCG’s portfolio utilizing an array of creative financing methods with projects utilizing Federal and State LIHTC, 4% LIHTC + Bond Financing, Historic and Brownfield Credits, HOME, Locally Awarded CDBG Disaster Relief Funds, Project Based Section 8 Contracts and a variety of HUD financing.

Megan Schuetz
Vice President
KCG Development, Midwest
Megan Schuetz serves as Vice President, Development at KCG Companies overseeing the Midwest region. In this role, she leads new affordable housing developments in Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio.
Before joining KCG, Megan spent nearly 15 years with Gorman & Company, most recently as Director of Development for Wisconsin and the national Public Housing team. During her tenure, she supported national expansion across Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida, Arizona, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi, completing over 40 projects totaling more than 3,000 units.
Previously, Megan was Real Estate Developer and Program Manager for a Wisconsin-based nonprofit focused on affordable housing for people with disabilities, where she developed nearly 500 units of mixed-income, integrated, and affordable housing.

Chris French
Vice President
KCG Development, Mid-Atlantic
Chris French serves as Vice President of Development for the Mid-Atlantic region at KCG Companies, bringing over a decade of experience in affordable and mixed-use housing development.
Prior to joining KCG in 2024, Chris held senior roles at Dakota Partners and WinnCompanies, where he led acquisitions and development efforts across diverse markets. He also founded CRF Development, where he managed complex real estate projects in the Greater New York area.
With a background spanning both nonprofit and private-sector development, Chris brings a comprehensive understanding of site acquisition, entitlements, public-private financing, and strategic execution.

Paul Moore
Vice President
KCG Development, Acquisitions & Rehab
Paul serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for KCG Companies. In this role, Paul is responsible for leading efforts to grow the company’s acquisitions portfolio for affordable properties nationwide. Target opportunities include Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, Workforce Housing, NOAH prospects and GP Interests.
Paul has 20 years of experience in public and private real estate transactions, including retail and office private equity, GSA Investment, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Project-Based Section 8, and other financing through state, county, and local agencies. Before joining KCG, Paul was Vice President of Development at Steele Properties, where he helped more than double the company’s size, acquiring over 4,500 units and completing 30+ LIHTC transactions across 15+ states. Earlier, he worked as an investment sales broker at Colliers International (Los Angeles and Prague, CZ), where he personally sourced and closed more than 45 retail and office investment sales, representing over $500 million in value.

Jim Baugh
Vice President, Development Operations
Jim Baugh serves as Vice President of Development Operations at KCG Companies, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight of development department operations across the firm’s multifamily platforms. He plays a key role in advancing the pipeline of affordable communities, with responsibility spanning the full development lifecycle, capital coordination, and deal execution.
Prior to joining KCG, Jim built a career as an executive-level multifamily development and finance professional with more than two decades of experience in the affordable housing industry. He has held leadership roles across national and regional development and syndication platforms, with direct involvement in the acquisition, recapitalization, and development of multifamily communities nationwide. He brings expertise in LIHTC syndication, debt and equity sourcing, investor relations, and asset management, underwriting, equity placement, and strategic planning.

Amy Frist
Senior Vice President,
Asset Management
Amy Frist serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at KCG Companies, leading the portfolio of affordable and workforce housing communities across multiple states. She manages property operations, lease-ups, budgets, compliance, and reporting systems, combining her experience in property and asset management to drive performance, compliance, and long-term value.
Amy has 20+ years in affordable housing, starting at the site level focusing on LIHTC properties, including lease-ups, compliance, and acquisition rehabs. She later oversaw state and federal regulations for LIHTC, CDBG, and HOME programs. Amy spent a decade in Asset Management with a national LIHTC syndicator, specializing in lease-ups, loan conversion, operational strategy, and leadership of a team managing roughly 250 properties from closing through 8609 issuance.

Mike Thomas
Vice President,
KCG Design Services
Mike joined KCG in 2022 as Vice President of Design Services. He brings a strong background in Tax Credit Development and Design, with leadership experience in multifamily development companies where he served as Architect of Record, Project Manager, and Director of Design.
He began his career in Florida focusing on high-end residential design, earned his architectural license in 2007, and settled in the Indianapolis area in 2012, building a career in the multifamily market with an emphasis on LIHTC projects.
Licensed to practice architecture in 24 states, Mike has been architect of record on over $600 million in construction, encompassing 6,000+ apartments nationwide. His portfolio includes numerous green-certified projects, including LEED Silver and Gold, NGBS, Enterprise Green, and Energy Star.

Billy Kimball
Vice President,
KCG Construction
Billy serves as Vice President of Construction Operations at KCG Companies, leading day-to-day execution of multifamily developments. He oversees field and project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards across active sites. Billy joined KCG in 2022 as a Project Manager and quickly advanced to Senior Project Manager and VP of Construction Operations. He plays a key role in operational planning, collaboration, and team performance.
Prior to KCG, Billy served 11 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, rising from Enlisted Infantry NCO to Marine Infantry Officer. He held leadership roles as a Platoon Commander, Executive Officer, and with the 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines, where he led high-performing teams in mission-critical environments. His military background drives his results-driven approach to construction leadership.

Glenn Wolman

Glenn serves as Vice President of Construction Management at KCG Companies, overseeing field operations and ensuring construction standards, safety, and timelines are met across KCG’s active developments. Known for disciplined leadership and strategic planning, he directs teams with a focus on quality, efficiency, and execution.
Glenn brings over three decades of construction experience across the East Coast and Texas, with expertise in field supervision and project management. He began as a Project Manager at Frontline Masonry in New York, working on projects for JP Morgan Chase and SCCC Culinary Arts. He has served as Foreman, Superintendent, and General Superintendent for firms including R. Smith Restorations, Baybridge Enterprises, TG Nickel & Associates, All Pro Construction Management, and Stalco Construction, delivering school, retail, civic projects, and major renovations for TJ Maxx, Ace Hardware, and New York school districts.

Yolanda Means

Yolanda Means serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for KCG Companies. In this role, Yolanda oversees key facets of people operations, including talent acquisition, performance optimization, and strategic HR initiatives. With a track record of driving positive outcomes, she has adeptly managed diverse HR processes while fostering growth within organizations.
Yolanda is a seasoned executive with more than 17 years of dynamic leadership in the field of Human Resources. She began her business career in restaurant operations, later transitioning into Human Resources at Flynn Restaurant Group, LLC, the nation’s largest restaurant franchisee. After serving as Director of Human Resources for FRG, she advanced her commitment to meaningful work by joining Damar Services, Inc., a local nonprofit, as Chief Human Resources Officer. Throughout her career, she has led teams of various sizes and applied her expertise to support business growth and expansion.

Morgan Dickason

Morgan serves as Senior Vice President of Data & Process, leading enterprise-wide data initiatives that support operational excellence, financial performance, and mission-driven outcomes.
She began her career in venture capital before moving into LIHTC multifamily real estate, building automations and data pipelines to support asset management at Herman & Kittle Properties. At Greystar, she expanded this expertise into enterprise-wide analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
With a strong foundation in data engineering, modeling, and business solutions, Morgan brings deep expertise in analytics for multifamily development and management. Her work is driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building better communities through data-driven efficiencies.

Anna Folwell

Anna serves as Director of Brand Strategy at KCG Companies. In this role, she leads the strategy, development, and execution of all branding initiatives across the firm’s corporate identity and national portfolio of residential communities. Anna defines brand vision, messaging, creative direction, and oversees the brand builds for each development. She collaborates across departments and with external partners to align storytelling, design, marketing, and stakeholder engagement with KCG’s mission of transformational community development.
Anna brings 15+ years of experience across real estate, community development, and global creative industries. Prior to joining KCG, she managed commercial partnerships for Cannes Lions, developing multi-million-dollar sponsorship deals and cross-sector brand initiatives. She previously worked in operations and marketing roles in sports broadcasting, film & television.

Sarah Wilson, CPA
Vice President,
Accounting
Sarah Wilson serves as Vice President of Accounting at KCG Companies. In this role, Sarah oversees all aspects of accounting, including development, construction, and property management. Her responsibilities include managing cash flow processes and reporting for the business, and leading the budget process to ensure financial stability and strategic growth.
Before joining KCG, Sarah led the property accounting department at Kittle Property Group and began her career as an auditor at Dauby, O’Connor & Zaleski. Throughout my career, Sarah has specialized in real estate accounting, with a strong focus on LIHTC, HUD, and RD programs.
