Hill House at Beechfield (“Hill House”) is an income-restricted, age-restricted (Adults 62+) apartment community located in the 83-acre Traditions at Beechfield retirement community in Bowie, Prince George’s County, Maryland. Hill House is a joint venture between KCG Development (lead Sponsor) and Streetscape Partners, and made possible through funding awarded through Rental Housing Works, Prince George’s County PILOT program, 4% LIHTC housing tax credit program, and tax exempt bond financing.

Hill House features 150 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments with elegantly appointed features, energy efficient appliances and modern finishes. All 150 units are reserved for 62+ households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Amenities include a light-filled community lounge, state of the art fitness center, and outdoor lounge and amenity space. Additionally, residents will also have access to the Traditions at Beechfield community clubhouse, resort-style pool, and walking trails.
