The Reserve at Wynn Place is an affordable apartment home community that consists of nine (9) three-story garden-style, wood-framed apartment buildings. The Reserve at Wynn Place is made up of 270 affordable housing units consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. The apartment community features spacious units and modern, stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space and a bar top seating area, walk-in closets, ample dining and living areas, and large private patio in every unit.

Outdoor amenities include furnished picnic areas with seating and charcoal grills, playground with seating areas, covered event space, and a family style pool. A range of indoor amenities are accessible to residents within the clubhouse/leasing center including a large meeting and gathering space with a kitchenette, a furnished executive room, and business center. National Green Building Standards were incorporated into the development, design, construction and maintenance of the development, which was completed in 2024.
