Lofts At Globe Mill

Currently under development, Lofts at Globe Mill is a mixed-use, mixed-income, historic adaptive re-use that will deliver modern loft style apartment homes to downtown Utica, NY. Located at the corner of Court and Stark Street’s, the 3 main buildings and site is home to the former Globe Woolen Company Mills, a historic mill complex and national historic district dating back to the late 1800’s. The Lofts at Globe Mill redevelopment is poised to become the next premier mixed use housing and commercial development in downtown Utica.

With the help of Carmina Wood Morris Architects and Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corporation, proposed redevelopment calls for the creation of 149 apartment homes and approximately 9,000 SF of ground floor commercial and office space.

Lofts at Globe Mill will begin construction in spring 2019 with a projected completion of late 2020.
