Developed in partnership with the Winder Housing Authority, Sandpiper Terrace further advances the Housing Authorities strategic plan by enhancing the availability of high-quality affordable housing options. In addition to meeting the need for affordable housing, Sandpiper Terrace hosts a satellite community garden of Wimberly’s Roots – a local organization with a mission to address food insecurities in communities of financial need.
