Prado Place is a 56-unit affordable family development  funded through Texas’ 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Historically, this site was used as a car dealership and House of Worship, and is being repurposed into much-needed housing opportunities for residents of Beaumont.

Prado Place consists of three garden-style structures offering a total of 56 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments reserved for households earning at 30, 50, and 60 percent AMI levels.
