Acquired in 2020, KCG fully renovated the property while ensuring continued access to high quality affordable housing for the local community. In rehabilitating Blue Water Garden, KCG updated all unit interiors, integrated energy efficient appliance, upgraded mechanical systems and added new ADA units. During the renovation, the property continued to serve residents through a rolling, building-by-building renovation.
