Blue Water Garden

Blue Water Garden is a 132-unit property in Hereford – a rural community 48 miles southwest of Amarillo, Texas. Acquired 2020, KCG fully renovated the property while ensuring continued access to high quality affordable housing for the local community.

In rehabilitating Blue Water Garden KCG updated all unit interiors, integrated energy efficient appliance, upgraded mechanical systems and added new ADA units. During the renovation, the property continued to serve residents through a rolling, building-by-building renovation.
