River Point is a 204-unit affordable housing community in San Angelo, Texas. KCG is currently completing a complete rehabilitation of the community, which offers one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartment homes across 21 buildings. Each unit includes an all-electric kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and refrigerator. Additional features include 9-foot ceilings, a balcony or patio, ceiling fans, central air and heating, and walk-in closets.
KCG’s rehabilitation of River Point includes extensive site, building, and unit upgrades to modernize the community and enhance resident quality of life. Exterior Improvements range from new playgrounds, signage, and security gates to resurfaced parking, and upgraded lighting. Clubhouse and laundry facilities are fully renovated with new finishes, fixtures, and systems. New apartment interiors feature energy-efficient appliances, new cabinetry and countertops, modern flooring, and upgraded safety and accessibility features. These comprehensive improvements ensure River Point a safe, vibrant, and sustainable community for years to come.
