Tiara Apartments is a senior affordable housing rehabilitation project in Aurora, Colorado. Located at 12000 East 16th Avenue, Tiara is home to a tight-knit community of Adults 62+ who depend on safe, comfortable, and affordable housing to maintain their independence and dignity. Originally built as an age-restricted community, the property is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation to address critical life safety and security issues, while preserving affordable housing for Aurora’s seniors.
KCG’s redevelopment will modernize apartments and amenities, and introduce enhanced resident services such as health screenings, transportation coordination, and social activities. In partnership with the City of Aurora’s Housing Strategy, the project ensures seniors can continue living independently in safe, affordable homes with access to supportive services.
