Vice President Development – Project Management

Jen is Vice President Development – Project Management and serves as a connection between KCG Development and KCG Construction. This role is critical in advancing projects while collaborating with team members across multiple departments. Throughout the lifecycle of a KCG project, she will provide task-oriented leadership and ownership direction spanning all disciplines inclusive of external stakeholders.

With over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate alone across 10 states, she has experience in many disciplines of the real estate industry including residential sales and appraisal, mortgage lending, data analytics, entitlements, land acquisitions, design, development and brokerage. Her experience spans both the public and private sectors working in single family, multifamily, medical office, skilled nursing, mixed-use, retail and student housing.

Jen earned her Bachelor’s degree from Hanover College and holds an Indiana Broker’s license. She is an active member of Tri Kappa, a philanthropic women’s service organization, where she serves as co-chair of the Scholarship Committee and was a past President of the organization. Jen is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and IndyCrew. She lives in Avon with her husband, son and 3 dogs.
