Amy Frist

Amy Frist serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at KCG Companies, where she leads the dynamic portfolio of affordable and workforce housing communities across multiple states. In this role, Amy manages key functions including property operations, lease-ups, operating budgets, compliance reviews, and reporting systems. Amy joined KCG Companies to unite her deep experience in both property and asset management to drive performance, compliance, and long-term value.

Amy’s career of 20+ years of experience in the affordable housing industry began at the site level in property management, focusing on LIHTC properties. Her early work included lease-ups, compliance, and acquisition rehabs, eventually transitioning to a compliance-focused role overseeing state and federal regulations for LIHTC, CDBG, and HOME programs. She spent a decade in Asset Management specializing in construction monitoring, lease-up and credit delivery, loan conversion, operational strategy, and departmental leadership for a national LIHTC syndicator. She managed a team responsible for approximately 250 properties from closing through 8609 issuance.

Based in Indianapolis, Amy is deeply committed to equitable development and the creation of sustainable, inclusive communities. She is also actively engaged in local civic initiatives, reflecting her dedication to community impact beyond her professional role.
