Adam Troyer

Adam serves as a Finance Associate at KCG Companies, where he supports the capital planning and transaction execution efforts for the firm’s affordable and workforce housing portfolio. His work includes preparing financial models, assisting in deal structuring, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to advance projects through closing and stabilization.

Before joining KCG in 2024, Adam interned with Triangle Building and Housing, where he conducted nationwide property assessments, coordinated with stakeholders, and delivered executive-ready reports with market evaluations and strategic insights. He previously worked at Pace Analytical Services as a Laboratory Assistant, maintaining strict safety and quality standards in a high-volume lab environment.
