The Reserve at Bolton Road

Project Information

The Reserve at Bolton Road is a 209-unit community located in Atlanta, GA developed in partnership with Laurel Ridge Development. This development is financed through the Georgia DCA 4% low-income housing tax credit program. KCG Construction will be constructing the $25.9 million property.

This community would not have been possible without the support of our development and financing partners. The financing includes a Freddie Mac Forward TEL originated and serviced by Prudential, a construction loan and equity bridge loan from Regions, and an equity investment from Regions in the 4% Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Cabretta Capital in the 4% State Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Additionally, we would like to sincerely thank our partners at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for their determination of Federal and State Low Income Housing Tax Credits and The Urban Residential Finance Authority of the City of Atlanta for the issuance of tax-exempt bonds for the project.
