Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of field superintendent experience must be in the wood frame segment.
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Familiarity with Procore
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Detail and deadline oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
  • Travel to, live nearby project, and build projects at remote sites.
  • “Can Do” attitude.

Experience:

  • 2-20 years of field superintendent experience with large multifamily wood framed projects.
  • Supervising projects with hard costs greater than $4 million and up to $50 million.
  • 2 (+) years as a traveling superintendent.
  • 2 (+) years with Procore project management.
  • 2 (+) years of project mobilization, build and turnover.
