R.J. Pasquesi is the President of KCG Companies, LLC, where he oversees all aspects of the business. RJ founded KCG Companies in 2015, with a mission to ‘Build better lives through better communities’. With more than 25 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation and financing of residential and commercial real estate properties and strong, longstanding industry relationships, RJ has a proven track record of delivering on high-impact real estate investments.

During his career, RJ has developed, acquired, rehabilitated and/or financed over 11,500 apartment homes totaling more than $2.1 billion in investments and over 630,000 square feet of self-storage facilities. RJ’s residential development experience includes luxury, market-rate, affordable and mixed-use multifamily housing. Most projects have been successful public-private partnerships with a substantial public finance component.
