KCG Development is proud to be ranked among the nation’s Top 50 Affordable Housing Developers for a fourth consecutive year! The 2020 ranking by Affordable Housing Finance saw KCG come in 26th with 634 units started and 466 completed during the calendar year. KCG broke ground in Texas, Georgia and Virginia while completing work on multiple developments in Texas and Wisconsin. With countless uncertainties brought on throughout 2020, KCG is extremely proud and thankful for our team and partners – with whom this effort would not have been possible.
