Yolanda Means is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of dynamic leadership in the field of Human Resources. As the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Yolanda oversees key facets of people operations, including talent acquisition, performance optimization, and strategic HR initiatives. With a track record of driving positive outcomes, she has adeptly managed diverse HR processes while fostering growth within organizations.

Yolanda embarked on her journey in the business world over two decades ago, initially within restaurant operations. Her career path transitioned into the realm of Human Resources while at Flynn Restaurant Group, LLC, the nation’s largest restaurant franchisee. Following her role as Director of Human Resources for FRG, Yolanda furthered her commitment to meaningful work by joining Damar Services, Inc., a local non-profit organization, as Chief Human Resources Officer. Throughout her journey, she has led teams of varying sizes and contributed her expertise to navigate business expansion.

An alumna of the Indiana University School of Social Work (BSW) and a holder of a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Professional of Human Resources certificate, Yolanda combines educational excellence with practical experience. Her dedication extends beyond professional realms as she actively serves on the Family Promise of Hendricks County Board of Directors. Yolanda currently resides in Avon, IN, with her cherished family.
