Brian Blastick, CPA

Brian is the VP of Accounting at KCG Companies and is responsible for all financial reporting and planning for all our corporate, construction and residential entities. Brian’s past experience working with integrated development companies brings ideas and insight as KCG continues to grow. Brian’s focus is on building his team through providing a work-life balance, continuous training, and opportunities for growth.

Brian is a licensed CPA in the state of Indiana and also holds the CGMA designation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Indiana CPA Society. Brian started his career with a CPA firm where he spent 12 years solely focused on the multi-family housing real estate industry. While there, he worked with clients across the country providing audit, tax and consulting services. Brian’s focus has always been to help grow companies through smart planning and executing investment strategies. Brian has been on conference panels throughout the industry discussing various topics that are unique to the LIHTC industry.

Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business. Brian lives in the Indianapolis metropolitan area with his wife, 2 boys, and 3 dogs (Lucy, Ajax and Sundown).
