Anne Bridges

Vice President, Finance
Anne serves as Vice President of Finance at KCG Companies. In this role, she leads the sourcing, negotiation, and closing of complex financing structures for affordable housing developments. Her work includes securing LIHTC tax credit equity, as well as construction, bridge, and permanent debt financing. With extensive experience in housing finance, Anne plays a critical role in bringing developments to financial close.

Before joining KCG, Anne was LIHTC Finance Manager at TWG Development, structuring tax credit deals and managing financial partner relationships. She also held key roles at First Financial Bank and Regions Financial Corporation, where she specialized in underwriting and portfolio management for commercial real estate and affordable housing. At Regions, she managed LIHTC debt and equity approvals and worked closely with developers nationwide, successfully closing over $500 million in multifamily loans.
