Megan Schuetz

Megan Schuetz serves as Vice President, Development at KCG Companies overseeing the Midwest region. In this role, Megan is responsible for leading new affordable housing developments in Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio.

Prior to joining KCG, Megan worked for Gorman & Company for almost 15 years, most recently serving as the Director of Development in Wisconsin and the national Public Housing team. During her tenure at Gorman, she worked in a variety of markets while supporting a national expansion including Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida, Arizona, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi. That work totaled more than 40 projects of over 3,000 units.

In addition, Megan served as the Real Estate Developer and Real Estate Development Program Manager for a Wisconsin-based non-profit organization focused on affordable housing for people with disabilities. In five years, she developed nearly 500 units of mixed-income, integrated, and affordable housing.

Megan attended the University of Wisconsin studying Business Administration. She is an active member in the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (National and Wisconsin Chapter) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Dane County Housing Authority. She lives outside of Madison, WI with her family and is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts.
