Shane Josephson

Vice President, Process

Shane is the VP of Process at KCG Companies and is responsible for the execution and refinement of operations across KCG Companies’ vertically integrated divisions, including KCG Development, KCG Design, KCG Construction, and KCG Residential. In this role, Shane designs, builds, streamlines, and manages processes to optimize and coordinate all business areas of the organization.

Prior to his current role at KCG, Shane was the Director of Construction Administration for a national real estate and construction company where he executed all administrative processes for their construction department including contract preparation, managing cash flow and generation of corporate budgets for multiple business divisions. Prior to holding that position, Shane was the Director of Finance where he was responsible for all acquisitions and dispositions of the company’s portfolio working with lenders, equity partners, outside legal and commercial real estate brokers.

With 20 years of experience, Shane began his career in commercial lending as an underwriter before transitioning into real estate development and construction. Throughout his career he has been able to oversee more than half a billion dollars of real estate development and construction projects from pre-development to disposition.

Shane graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Shane lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and four children.
