Primary Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overall management of multiple construction projects (plans, budgets, schedules, organizes, and controls assigned projects). Maintains close contact with clients, monitors construction and financial activities to ensure proper project completion. The successful candidate should lead by example and always uphold the mission and values of KCG Companies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5-20 years of Project Management experience must be in the wood frame segment.
• OSHA 10 certification
• Familiarity with Procore
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Detail and deadline oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Periodic travel to projects at remote sites.
• “Can Do” attitude.

Experience:

• 5-20 years of Project Management experience with large multifamily wood framed projects.
• Supervising projects with hard costs greater than $20 million and up to $50 million.
• 5 (+) years as Project Manager
• 2 (+) years with Procore project management.
