Josh Hughes

Josh is the Development Project Director and is responsible for securing all necessary approvals to allow construction to begin, finalizing construction documentation, and procurement of third-party contracts. Through construction to stabilization, Josh acts as the owner’s representative on the project.

Prior to joining KCG, Josh managed several developments’ design and financial underwriting from conceptual design to construction commencement. With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, he has worked on a wide range of project types including mixed-use urban infill developments to lower density housing in rural areas.

Josh graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Business, majoring in Real Estate Development. He has been an active member of ULI Indiana and ULI Cincinnati, serving on multiple committees including Programming and the Young Leaders Group. Currently, he lives in Indianapolis with wife Melissa and their son Lincoln.
