Contract Administrator

As Contract Administrator for KCG Construction, Elaine is responsible for managing, overseeing, and directing all activities related to the Administration of Contracts and Contract Compliance. In this role she acts as the primary liaison between field, accounting and construction personnel for all KCG Construction activities.

Elaine provides invaluable guidance and insight to all KCG Construction staff and project management for the operational performance under contracts and compliance of the contract requirements at KCG for a seamless construction process of our communities, in collaboration with KCG Development and their respective professionals.

Over the past 20 years Elaine has gained extensive knowledge both commercial and residential contract administration. Prior to joining KCG Construction, Elaine worked with industry leading construction companies as a Contract Administrator and Compliance Manager. She has also worked in Construction Management with a focus on contract law and reporting requirements, bidding, contract negotiations, purchasing, project management and coordination, site supervision and compliance management.

Elaine currently lives in the Philadelphia area with her son. She enjoys volunteering within the community and actively participates with multiple charitable organizations.
